Focusing on the fine details of yoga postures and manipulation of the breath. The class starts with meditation and warm-up postures, followed by standing and seated asanas and a relaxing savasana to finish. You’ll hold postures longer than in the Vinyasa class, so you can explore the technical aspects and the effects internally.
Open to complete beginners, those in the initial stages of yoga practice or those seeing a gentler asana practice.

By pre-booking you guarantee your place (we cap our class size at 15 in order to provide the best possible experience for all yogis) and benefit from a reduced price of £14 (vs £15 walk-in price). You are also agreeing to our terms and conditions of service (available to view here on this website).
Pre-booking requires pre-payment. If you decide to try your luck with a walk-in, you can pay on site by debit or credit card (no cash thanks).
Please be aware that our studio door is locked exactly 2 minutes before a class is due to begin. When it’s closed, it’s closed! Please respect this policy, which is in place to ensure that our yogis have the best possible experience.
Please also note that we have (very) small separate male/female changing areas, but we do not currently provide shower facilities. We strongly recommend arriving in your Yoga kit, ready to get the most from your class.
